Nugget--a children’s furniture company--came to us looking to outfit a completely empty warehouse space.  Working with the Account Executive on the project, we pitched to the client several colorful “play zones” that break up the workspace into lounge areas: phone booths for private calls, a large cafeteria, and our modular Poppinspaces system for meeting rooms.  In our 3D renderings, I wanted to activate the empty warehouse space with lots of light, plants, colorful shapes and textures, and highlight moments of natural lighting. This project was a success because our design tells a story that is perfectly complimentary to Nugget’s spirit of playful modularity.

In this lifestyle image, I wanted to highlight the new mood that we could set by infusing the drab warehouse space with texture, color, and shapes.  I worked in Vray to create atmospheric light that really highlighted the natural light that would be received through the front windows.

To really make the space personal to our client, I incorporated wall art derived from imagery on Nugget's website and social media accounts.  You can find these touches throughout the following renderings.

In the plan above, you can see how our furniture fits along the perimeter of Nugget's warehouse building.  We used dotted lines to highlight the various zones our clients wanted us to outfit.  You can also see some of the warehouse space that would surround these floating zones.
